I am starting Bikram yoga!  I’ve never been a “yoga person” but a friend of mine is doing this thirty day special program for super cheap, and I thought I’d give it a try since I’m getting super serious about my diet and exercise regime. Anyone have any suggestions for the do and do not’s of yoga? particularly bikram?

My married loves

I love my friends getting married, I know I make jokes a lot about how all my friends are getting married and leaving me, yada yada yada, but I really do love it.  I love seeing all pictures, the invitations, wishing I could fly back for all the fiestas, reminiscing over how we all “knew” they would end up together.  AND they get such pretty pictures, a beautiful dress, and don’t have to deal with the BS that is a dating relationship…so jealous!
